Working principle
Powder is put into the closed vessel of hopper. Under the action of hot airflow, power is suspending and flows circularly to realize even mixing; at the same time, the solution of adhesive solvent is fogged and sprayed into the container. It makes the powder become loose small particles. Under the action of the high-efficiency drying of hot air, the moisture is evaporated and the powder is solidified. This process is carried out continuously. Finally, it forms ideal, uniform and porous granules. It has to finish the three working procedures in vessel at one time, mixing, granulating and drying.
