Main application:
This product is suitable for drying the heat sensitive material that is easy to decompose, polymerize or degenerative in high temperature. It is widely used in pharmacy, chemical industry, food, electronics and so on.
Features:
The boiling point of material solvent is reduced in vacuum so that heat transmission force is increased, so it can save transferring area for evaporator. The heat source may come from low-voltage steam or waste heat steam and hot water circulation. Disinfection can be done before drying. And there is no impurity mixing in during the course of drying,, so it accords with GMP Standard. This dryer belongs to static vacuum dryer. So the material to be dried can not be damaged.
Working principle:
Vacuum dryer is to heat and dry material in vacuum. If using vacuum pump to get rid of humidity, drying speed is quickened. Remark: If condenser is adopted, solvent in material can be reclaimed through condenser. If SK series water-circulation vacuum pump or ZSWJ series water power vacuum unit is used, condenser can not be used, so it saves investment.
