Type GWB series high-efficiency coater is mainly used in pharmacy, foodsturff and so on. It is multifunctional coating equipment for sugar coat and film coat.
Working principle:
The machine is composed of the master motor, spraying supply for compound material, hot-air purifying, dedust, ventilation and electric operation system. Bounced by the aprons, the uncoated tablets keep roaming irregularly in the drum. Pressure supplied by the atomizing and feeding system and coating agent is automatically applied to the surfaces of the tables through nozzles or droppers. It achieves the instant and even drying of the coating medium and forms a layer of firm, dense and smooth film on the surfaces of the tablets.
